You'll notice I recently uploaded several animated GIFs illustrating the extent of PoneyVallee's theft of PonyIsland's intellectual property.  Time permitting I hope to create as many as it takes to fully illustrate all the art PoneyVallee has stolen.

PonyIsland opened in 2004.  PoneyVallee appeared in 2006 using copies of PonyIsland's artwork that had been drawn by ~FlyingPony for PonyIsland's use.  Literally every breed of pony on PoneyVallee has been stolen from PonyIsland or Hasbro.  There isn't a single, original pony design on PoneyVallee.  To this day they continue to profit off of stolen artwork.

While an international lawsuit is the next logical step to stop this theft, it is currently beyond the means of the game's administrators.  However, that does NOT mean stealing is OK and it certainly does not mean the truth shouldn't be told.  As part of the PonyIsland user community, I wish to help spread the truth about this theft and make other artists aware that Feerik.com owns a few other game sites as well.  Given they stole everything for PoneyVallee from other people, it's not a stretch to assume they've done the same with their other sites.
